For years, Rex searched for a way to obtain these two things, but wasn’t satisfied with anything he found. So in 1978, he invited 43 people to attend the first Forever Living Products meeting in Tempe, Arizona, where he unveiled a customized plan that would provide him—and anyone else—with better health and financial freedom.

Rex proposed a very simple business idea to his closest family and friends. Offer consumable products to the public that are proven to promote lasting wellness and health—and do it in a personal way. Instead of dumping big bucks into traditional advertising, compensate anyone willing to share these products with their family and friends.

It was Rex Maughan’s passion for better health, quality products and financial freedom that inspired him to found Forever Living Products in 1978. With a degree in Business from Arizona State University and over 40 years of practical experience, his leadership and his vision have taken Forever Living Products from a smart, customized plan presented to a group of close family and friends in Tempe, Arizona to a worldwide enterprise that now enhances the lives of millions.

His plan was simple.  Offer consumable products to the public that are proven to promote lasting wellness and health—and do it in a personal way.

Today, the results speak for themselves as Rex continues to lead a company that is unlike any other on earth—a company that changes lives through its amazing products, stable business model, worldwide growth opportunities and charitable ventures.

Forever Giving was founded in 2009 to provide a way for customers and Distributors to donate funds to global improvement. It partners with charitable organizations globally to fight against poverty, hunger, and the lack of medical services available for children. The foundation also supports relief efforts in response to natural disasters.

Rex has a big heart and truly cares for people—especially his employees, Distributors, and community. Rex and his wife Ruth see this charity work as their greatest accomplishment.
